Meet Robyn Gruner

Robyn Gruner is Director of External & Legislative Affairs for AT&T in Wisconsin, serving as a key liaison with local and state government, community organizations, nonprofits, and business leaders. With more than 25 years of experience in telecommunications and information technology—most of it with AT&T—she brings deep industry knowledge and a strong commitment to expanding connectivity across the state.

A Wisconsin native raised in the Milwaukee suburbs, Robyn has lived in the Appleton area since 2004 and resides in Hortonville with her husband and two teenage children.

Robyn is active in community and economic development initiatives. She serves on the Board of Directors for American National Bank Fox Cities, the Wisconsin Manufacturer’s & Commerce (WMC) Foundation Board, and the Community Foundation for the Fox Valley Region. She is also past chair of the Greater Green Bay Chamber Economic Development board.

Her nonprofit leadership includes founding board member and first Board Chair of C.A.S.A. of the Fox Cities, supporting abused and neglected children in Outagamie County. She has also served on the boards of New North, Oshkosh Chamber of Commerce, Fox Cities Chamber of Commerce, Appleton Downtown Inc., Downtown Green Bay Inc., Best Friends of Neenah-Menasha, the Wisconsin Association of Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA), Mid-Day Women’s Alliance, and UW–Green Bay’s Institute for Women’s Leadership Advisory Council.

Meet Nadiyah Johnson

Nadiyah Johnson is a 3x graduate of Marquette University with a bachelor’s degree in computer science, a master’s degree in computational science and a Ph.D. in computer science. Her doctoral research focuses on artificial intelligence and has granted her recognition at several conferences around the globe. She currently serves as a professor in the computer science department at Marquette.

Nadiyah’s passion for diversity in STEM fueled the launch of her company, Jet Constellations, a Milwaukee-based technology company. Jet Constellations’ social impact initiative, the Milky Way Tech Hub, functions to promote racial diversity in the tech industry through STEM education and entrepreneurship programming as well as building a nurturing ecosystem of diverse techies and entrepreneurs.

As the founder of a for-profit company as well as an impact-driven initiative, Nadiyah is propelled by a desire to uplift her community, including the 53206 ZIP code in Milwaukee, which incarcerates the most Black men in the nation. Her efforts currently focus on educational and technological investments, and she aspires to one day replicate this model in other communities around the U.S. She is currently realizing the vision of Milwaukee as the “Milky Way Tech Hub,” a tech ecosystem that represents and serves all parts of Milwaukee’s diverse population.
Prior to launching Jet Constellations and the Milky Way Tech Hub, Nadiyah worked at GE HealthCare as a technical product manager with a specialty in data science. She was named to the Milwaukee Business Journal’s prestigious 40 Under 40 list in 2020, and in 2022, she was given one of the same publication’s Diversity in Business awards. Nadiyah and her company were recipients of the Jrue & Lauren Holiday Fund’s Social Impact Fund grant in 2022. She was recognized by Essence for her efforts as founder of WI Tech Month, and was named a Woman of Distinction by Milwaukee Magazine in 2024.

In her free time, Nadiyah is an artist. She enjoys painting on canvas as well as creating digital art; she occasionally sells her art in pop-up shops and at local art fairs. When she is not painting or working in the community, she is spending quality time with her family, likely beating them at chess.

Meet Adonica Randall

Adonica Randall is President and Chief Problem Solver of Abaxent, LLC, an 22+-year-old certified MBE/WBE/DBE/SBE technology solutions company. With over 35 years of technical and business experience, she specializes in the development of business startups, new services, and process improvement, and has experience across a variety of industries including healthcare, insurance, manufacturing, and distribution.

A well- recognized thought leader, she speaks widely on the future of women in STEM related careers. Adonica has served in technical, sales, and management positions at General Motors, GE Medical Systems, IBM and the AO Smith Engineering Division, and started multiple Professional Service businesses for a Milwaukee-based entrepreneurial group. Adonica received her master’s degree in biomedical engineering from Marquette University and her B.S. in Computer Science from Missouri School of Science and Technology.

Adonica is also a Professor Emeritus of Computing and Information Technology and Business Analytics at Alverno College Business School. She served as the Entrepreneur in Residence at Marquette University, Minority Business Economic Input Committee, 2nd Vice Chair for North Central Minority Development Council, and Ambassador for Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (Wisconsin) and Urban League–Milwaukee Committee Chair. Adonica is married to her college sweetheart, has launched 2 adult children, and has 2 granddaughters destined for STEM!

Ryan Rogers is the Founder of Nouvelle Marketing and a growth strategist for mission-driven organizations, educational institutions, real estate developers, and community-based nonprofits.

Alexis Rogers serves as Director of Operations at Nouvelle Marketing, where she leads internal systems, production workflows, and creative execution across the agency’s client portfolio.

With a bachelor’s degree in Information Science and Technology from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee, Alexis brings a rare combination of technical structure and creative precision. Her specialization in web systems, digital media design, and multimedia production allows her to bridge strategy and implementation seamlessly.

Since 2022, she has helped strengthen Nouvelle’s operational backbone, ensuring campaigns move from concept to completion with clarity, efficiency, and consistency. From videography and photography to web design and digital infrastructure, Alexis plays a key role in translating strategy into polished, high-performing deliverables.

She is passionate about building systems that empower teams, elevate client brands, and support mission-driven organizations with excellence.
