Education Programs – Youth and Adult

The education programs of the Greater Milwaukee Urban League play a vital role in supporting youth by establishing individual school partnerships with Milwaukee Public Schools, implementing STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) programs, facilitating peer mentoring, and administering a program that provides laptops and scholarship awards for graduating seniors.

Emphasizing hands-on experimental exploration and mentorship, GMUL’s educational initiatives span from elementary school through high school, promoting innovative ideas and guiding students in making well-informed academic and career choices. Furthermore, GMUL collaborates with MATC to provide support for adults pursuing their GED certifications.
