Consent Agreement
By signing below, I grant the Greater Milwaukee Urban League (GMUL) the irrevocable right to use my name, likeness, voice, and image in photographs, video, and audio recordings for any lawful purpose, including publicity, marketing, social media, and educational materials, without further compensation.
